You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Pierced jewelry such as nosepins and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis
One Year Warranty Policy:
Please note that the warranty not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair attempts, as well as loss of diamond certificate or parts(diamond,screw,etc.). However, in case of quality issues that can't be repaired, we'll replace the item for you.
