• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• ​Returns are not applicable on customized ​jewelry.​

Eligible Items

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Pierced jewelry such as nosepins and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges.

How to Return

• Message within 15 days of delivery.
• Mention your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send return instructions if your item qualifies.
• You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
• If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.
